TTV Potluck Dinner - Fun evening with neighbors and friends!
Tamarack Triangle Village International Potluck Dinner, on Friday evening, January 23, was a great success!
We managed to time it just right, before all the snow!
Nearly 40 neighbors came together to share food and conversation.
We had a wide variety of dishes, to name just a few:
Vegetable lasagna; Ethiopian/Eritrean chicken stew with Injera bread; veggie mac & Cheese; chicken lasagna; Enchiladas Suizas; two kinds of noodle Kugel; chicken curry; Italian pasta bake; Russian pelmeni meat dumplings, Persian rice with green beans and ground beef with a Persian dip of yogurt, cucumbers, and mint for rice; German cucumber salad with sour cream; chocolate chip cookies, English Trifle and more!!
Folks ate dinner, chatted, played a few games, listened to music, and had a very enjoyable evening.
