Over  30 Tamarack Triangle community members gathered on Friday, August 15, to celebrate the Maryland Department of Aging Grant that was awarded to the Tamarack Triangle Village.

Our group of guests represented a wide range of ages and expertise. We had folks volunteer to sign up and help plan future events in our community, including a game night, additional potluck events, a community block party, and health and lifestyle information sessions.

We were pleased to host Peter Myo Khin, Tamarack Triangle Civic Association President, Pazit Avia, Montgomery County Village Coordinator and Montgomery County Coucilmember Kristin Mink.

We are still seeking additional volunteers to help make these events the best possible.
