This winter's lineup of programs and facility reservations from Montgomery Parks, Montgomery County Recreation and Community Use of Public Facilities (CUPF) includes aquatics, tennis, ice skating, fitness classes, nature exploration, visual arts programs, and more! Customers can also look forward to reserving artificial turf fields and other outdoor school facilities, along with government buildings.

Winter Registration Dates

  • Friday, Feb. 14 at 6:30 a.m. registration opens for Winter Term II of Ice Skating and Tennis programs.
  • On the day of registration, you may experience the Virtual Waiting Room, more information regarding the Virtual Waiting Room is available on our website.

Facility Reservations

Open Now

  • Check availability and request space at MCPS indoor facilities for dates of use through June 16, 2025Reserve Park Activity Buildings, Indoor Tennis Courts, and Train Station Party Rooms
  • Reserve an athletic field or a Sport Court at a local park, elementary or middle school or recreation center for use between Aug. 16 and Nov. 30
  • Check availability and request use of an athletic field at a Regional or Recreational Park or High School for use between Sept. 1 and Nov. 30
  • Reserve MCPS gymnasiums, all-purpose rooms, dance studios, media centers, cafeterias, and classrooms for dates of use during the MCPS school year
  • Reserve a Public Library Meeting Room for use between Jan. 1 and June 30
  • Request or reserve MCPS artificial turf fields, outdoor basketball or tennis courts, or Parks' synthetic fields for use between Dec. 1 and Mar. 14

Beginning November 15

Reserve a Government Building Meeting Room for use between Jan. 1 and June 30

Beginning January 1

Reserve a Parks picnic shelter for use between April 1 and Oct. 31
